I upgraded from an older iPod mini to this model several months ago and have been very happy with it. It has a good battery life, even when watching videos. I opted for this model instead of the new iPod touch because of cost and how much memory you were getting, and I'm glad I did. The video quality is very good for the small screen, and is great for long airplane trips. The On-the-go feature is alright, I wish there were easier ways to create new playlists though, even renaming them and navigating through all your music. It sync's my music with my itunes on a new mac very quickly, half the time I feel like I have to double check to make sure it really did upload all my new music and videos. This is a great addition to the ipod family.
