Advantages: full Internet, Massive storage, great design, Superb battery life . Disadvantages: cant think of any

The design of the Apple iPhone was one of the first things that attracted me to it. I had previously been looking at the LG Prada phone which like this one is operated through touch sensitivity. This seemed an interesting concept to me, and having always used button based phones before I found that the absence of masses of buttons made the phone far more attractive than any I had owned in the past. Some would perhaps argue that the design of the ... ...with it's sister machine the Apple iTouch - the iPhone clearly needed to be provided with an excellent battery life, and this is something which is certainly apparent here. I have not put the machine down since buying it, however the battery is still standing strong, unlike my former phone the Nokia which could never have boasted of such power in the battery department. The battery life in the manual is actually quoted as follows; up to 8 hours call ...

Advantages: Very easy interface, tons of great features, free USEFUL updates Disadvantages: Requires iTunes which doesn't play nice with windows
...that I am NOT an Apple fanatic. Sure, I bought my wife a Macbook and I own an iPhone -- but my daily computer is a Sony Vaio running regular old Vista Ultimate. At the office we have 2 Macs, 4 Windows PCs, and a few Linux boxes. Why mention this? Who cares, right (ok you may have a good point there)? Well I want to set the stage that this is not just another "Apple Guy" raving about all things Apple.
Why did I buy this phone? Three reasons, in order ... ...on the keyboard. The apple soft keyboard on the other hand is very easy to use. Quick to type messages with the auto-zoom running by default & the word-guessing for fat-fingering words just makes it hat much better. The contact list, while originally a pain, is now very usable. The search feature makes finding anyone in the phone book quick & painless. I store hundreds of contacts in there for business & home life. With 8GB of built in RAM I never ...

Advantages: super fast, nice look , lots of application Disadvantages: high cost, fixed to one particular network
Well well well apple's iphone lunched in INDIA on 22nd august this year of 2008 with a high cost of about 31000INR or USD800,as you say. This 8 and 16 GB iphone is being sold in about 200USD in USA now. The all mighty iPhone is a dream to all youngstar over the whole world but ... but one thing and that is i do not recommend this one at least for personal use.
Well this phone is unique , ultra modern features, superb look, high speed data transfer ... ...Now i am going to discuss something about this phone. This phone is a 3G phone with lots of superb features like touch screen, windows exchange, high speed internet, maps with gps, application store and many more. But this phone can not :
1. store more than 16 GB 2. Does not have any office suit software
3. low RAM memory
4. No usb port
5. Locked to a particular mobile network
6. High cost data rate.
The all above features plus features does ...

Advantages: Good screen, great design, good camera but no flash and zoom Disadvantages: rest everything is bad.
ALL HYPE NO SUBSTANCE
Ok it is surprising to me that the rating given to iphone by fellow ciao members is 4.5
Anyway, firstly, the sound quality of the phone is ....
BAD.
Secondly, the durability is....
BAD.
Thirdly, the screen quality is....
BAD.
Fourthly the cost factor is also.....
BAD.
Its camera does not have a zoom and flash. It sucks for that, although one might say the quality of the pictures shot in day light are good.
The internet ... ...me, you drop it one, and forget that you ever had an iphone.
The screen can get messed up easily, so go for a screen protector right away, and a leather cover too if possible.
The audio quality is bad as I said. Even many $100 phones have better quality than this.
The screen is good with sharp colors.
All in all i am disappointing with the iPHONE.
I would rather call this the FUN phone, rather than the business phone.
HTC or Blackberry are ...

Advantages look and fell is better Disadvantages price
...From what I can see of the new AppleiPhone not much has been changed, infact, the only new attribute of this phone actually it seems is 3G? What's the point in that, but what annoys me even more is the fact that they are rising the price to the stupid price it was when it first came out. In my opinion this is stupid, as far as I am concerned no one even uses 3G properly yet, so why bother?
Well for me personally it doesn't make sense, the (poor) camera that is not even near in competition with other new phones today has not been improved, the problems people have complained about (including me as I had the first iPhone for around 6 months) have not been improved either.
I do not recommend the new AppleiPhone 3G and don't recommend anyone else to, expensive yet not enough improvement therefore if you want think phoneI think you...

Advantages Lots of features, superb user interface Disadvantages None
...So I managed to get my hands on an iPhone, and in true Geek style wanted to bring you my first thoughts on the must-have-phone from Apple. Being so keen to bring you the details, you are getting this even before I have had time to take photos of the iPhone. This is the first Apple product that I have ever had that hasn't had photos taken first in its virgin, fingerprint free state. That should give you some idea of how excited I was after opening it.
The iPhone form factor is superb, in fact a lot slimmer than I had expected. The actual screen real estate makes it comparable to the sleeker PDA's available today. The rounded corners make it feel smaller than it actually is. In the hand, it is weighted just right and feels (as Apple products normally do) like a really high quality product. The touch screen definitely needs a screen...

Advantages great look, easy to use interface, many useful aplications... and so much more Disadvantages Bluetooth technology is limited, internet access is slow
...The APPLE IPHONE ... just the name sounds remarkable... and i have to tell you; it IS !!!
even when you pick up the phone. there are sensors that will dim the backlight of the screen when u put the phone to your ear!!!!
It really is a gift from god, becuase the interface is so sound, providing easy accesssibilty to all your files and contacts.
the easy to use interface is quick and easy, and anyone can work out how to do something on it, becuase the phone simply tells you what you need to do to get somehwere. as well as just a phone, it is also an ipod playing music video and podcasts. but not only that either, it has maps, wifi, and edge technology.
the only downside to this phone, is that the internet connection is not too great. I feel that apple should bring out a new iphone with three technology to provide users with a faster...

...Apple 3G iPhone made its international debut few months ago. Iphone fanatics says they find this gadget far better than any other cellphone. Making call is easy by only tapping a name or send a text and enjoy your music and video on a widescreen display. Shopping music, surf the web and download email over fast 3G cellular networks. It also includes mapping that lets you locate a place, get directions and track progress along your route. You can also browse game and applications then install them directly onto your iPhone. Get push email, calendar, and contacts with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. Browse the web, get HTML email, and find yourself with GPS maps. It was designed for faster internet downloads, longer talk times, and takes advantage of the high-speed third-generation (3G) networks provide built-in GPS mapping. That...

Advantages: 8-16 GB space, large screen(3.5"), iPod music player Disadvantages: No video recording, SMS forwarding is not available, It doesn't support video calls
...The latest and most famed phone currently. This phone is very different from other phones. This is an outstanding phone with many features and also some disadvantages. I will explain every aspect of this phone separately:
Design:
Design of the phone is outrageous with an enormous screen of 3.5". It has no keypad because its keypad is inscribed in the screen. This phone looks awesome in black with a silver outer lining. Oh….I forgot one main feature of this phone, its touchscreen and sleekness, about 12.5 mm. At the back of this phone, there is a small camera lens, Apple's logo and iphone is written on full black background. It's absolutely tremendous.
Ease of use:
When I tried it for the first, it was pretty difficult to know how to operate this phone. But after sometime, it was very easy to operate. Moreover, viewing images...

Advantages: Internet is cool and the whole thing is very purdy Disadvantages: Texting sucks- can't forward messages or send pix
...I'm only going to give this little guy three stars, not because it's not very, very cool and works particularly well, but because it's got so many fabulous bells and whistles that Apple forgot that it was, first and foremost, a mobile phone and should at least act like one before doing anything else.
Case in point, yesterday I replaced my cheapo generic, most basic Samsung phone with an iPhone because my parents wanted to get everyone on the same calling plan so we can do the discounted Friends & Family thing (a good deal, actually). They love the phone. I personally just want a phone to be able to ring, send and receive text messages, and shut up when I tell it to. Descent sound quality is also of paramount interest to me since it is my main phone.
Well, the iPhone does all that, sort of. But not as well as my cheapo phone. One...
