Manufacturer's product description
The Intel Core Duo chip inside MacBook Pro gives you the power of two processors wherever you go. Now it's a breeze to render complex 3D models, enjoy smooth playback of 1080p HD video, or host a four-way videoconference. If you need to present to a group, or you'd like to just watch MacBook Pro from across your hotel room, you've got everything you need. With the Front Row interface and Apple Remote, you're free to sit or stand across the room and present photos, movies and music at the click of your remote. A full-scale iSight camera built at the top of the MacBook Pro's display means you're ready for video conferencing via iChat wherever you are - no cords or cameras to plug in or carry around. Mobile users will love the new MagSafe Power Adapter featuring a magnetic DC plug that both ensures a tight connection and enables a clean break from the power port when there is undue tension. It prevents the MacBook Pro from being pulled off of a desk when the cord is accidentally tripped over, and it protects the power cord from wear and tear.

Advantages Powerfull, reliable, made in apple Disadvantages Noise and heat
...This laptop is recognised as the most powerfull laptop in the world, sold to the general public. It as a good amount of memory and a CD-DVD burner. The new Intel processor makes it quicker than the Power PC ones. A very nice 17 inch glossy screen makes it even more enjoyable for watching movies, or any kind of visual productions. The backlight keyboard is great for working in a dark room, and the screen brightness auto-adjust, depending of the light around it.
You often read the Intel processors makes the laptop less noisy and heats less. Well, it does heat and when the fans goes on, it also makes a lot of noise. When typing on the keyboard, I got a funny feeling of plastic.
Overall, it it a good, fast, reliable laptop. I somehow expected better quality from the keyboard for such price....

Advantages Most points are advantages, excellent laptop!! Disadvantages can be difficult with compatibility when dowloading, doesn't work with 4OD
...I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a laptop. It's very easy to use, even for somebody who would describe themselves as computer illiterate. It's suitable for both personal and professional uses and the small details such as the built-in camera and the iphoto application aswell as the remote that comes with it which can be used for power point presentations etc. make the Apple Macbook Pro stand out amongst other brands. It has bluetooth for easy connection with your mobile phone which can come in handy, regular update alerts which have been suprisingly useful. The safari internet server is very well set out and easy to use. As a student with lots of essays to write and passages and reports to download from the internet, it was important to me for my laptop to have a system that would allow this to be both easy...
