1. It is a product of Apple: I know that many people buy apple just because it is apple!
2. Portable: Put it in your file bag and you can carry it on.The super thin laptop can help you to save many spaces.
3. Power and Speed: Thin does not mean the mac book air is in less power. With it 2.0GHz CPU, you can settle your work done very quickly.
4. Design: Mentioned before, it is apple. So it is indeed in a inspirated design.
5. Price: I think that price is its only weak point.But it can be a big problem. 2000 dollars can make many people away from it - like me. But I still like it, and I will buy one only if I have enough money :)
