My old land lord ahd purchased this air conditioner a little while ago to put in the trailer that I was renting. It cools the house well. It is not very loud in at all when running. I had one of these before I got central heat and air and it worked so well. It kept my house really cool in the summer and my power bill did not even get too high. It was so incredible. It's very energy effecient - have hardly noticed it on the electric bill. The unit blows air nice and hard which has been a problem with many other brands.
