Get on the F-14 Tomcat and fly mission after mission of shooting planes out of the sky. At your disposal is a Vulcan cannon and a limited number of missiles.
After burner 2 is a flight simulator type game were you are the pilot of a f-16 ( or f-14) tomcat charged with destroying the enemy to protect the world from the various forces of evil. You need to seek and destroy the enemy aircraft and the like while at the same time avoid the fire of the enemy to keep yourself from becoming cloud dust.
You get your standard array of weopons that are typical to figher planes. You get a very powerful machine gun that I can't recall the caliber of and various missles. The missles are obviously more effective but also much less abundant. You need to keep an eye on ammo and be sure not to run out of ammo to complete the mission. Very similar to the mach arcade games that were very popular in the 80s
