Advantages: Cost Less Than Dell
Disadvantages: Technical Policy and Support is Horrible

I was given this computer through an agency trying to help me. I appreciate the help with all my heart. However, this was bought not with my money but the states money and if they can be messed over anybody can. It was purchased because it was two hundred dollars less than a Dell. Ive had this computer for about a year. In the first two months the LCD monitor went out. When I called for support I was told that I would have to send the monitor back ...
...take a few weeks or months. First of course I would have to manually take it apart the base that came assembled on it to ship it back. Now if I could afford to ship the monitor back I would have been able to actually buy my own computer. Anyways, then about three months later the DVD burner went out.
