Advantages Value for Money Disadvantages No DVI, You get what you pay for.
...This Is an extremely good value and economical entry level screen. although it may not have the sleek looks of the more expensive manufacturers such as Samsung and Sony you do definitely get value for money. The screen itself has a good resolution and closely rivals its higher end counterparts. One of the most impressive features of this product is that it has a 3 year warranty which is something many other manufacturers do not offer, Acer's customer service however is not the easiest to deal with and they will always repair it rather than replace if they can. I work in the I.T industry and sell screens all day long and i have never had a customer give a bad review of one of these, generally our customers are looking for the best value for money for their offices and this is ideal. Advantages Good specs, cheap, reliable, easy to use Disadvantages Old, feels and looks cheap,
.... As soon as i took it out of he box i knew exactly what to do. I clipped the monitor into it's base, took out the VGA cable plugged it to my computer then plugged in the power supply and hey presto. It is OKAY to use. the buttons on the monitor are naff and you can feel the cheapness as you press the button and you get the dull click sound. the LED light on the power button is hardly visible.
TO CONCLUDE
its a satisfactory monitor but if you are thinking of buying it now i advise you not to because there are so many better displays out there for this price...
