ASUS PortDock Port replicator

The main purpose for the PortDock is to provide a desktop docking solution and more drive bays for simultaneous CD-ROM, floppy, and second hard disk use. It features built-in stereo speakers with amplifier and volume control. An LCD display for four CD-ROM adjustment buttons and instant drive bays for floppy, CD-ROM and even second HDD simultaneously. For long-term use of the M8000 series Notebook, PortDock offers total connectivity for desktop PS/2 mouse, PS/2 keyboard, stereo speakers, monitor, printer, serial device, and Notebook PC power to be connected to the PortDock. To become more portable, simply remove the PortDock connector (and LAN cable if used) from the Notebook PC. A second power adapter kept at a secondary site or in your Notebook PC carrying bag will be helpful so that it does not require constant removal and setup on your desktop.
