I purchased a fireplace from this company with the understanding they would have it shipped to me in 7 to 14 days. The person took my credit card via phone and assured me the item would be here in 7 to 14 days. After a week I email them asking for conformation of shipment that is when they told me that they had not received the product in their warehouse and after they receive it then they will ship it to me within 7 to 14 days. When I ask why I cant track my order via their website they told me in an email that because I ordered by phone that it will not show up on my web account. Well its been three weeks now and they tell me maybe in another week they will have the item then it will take 7 to 14 more days for them to ship it to me. I am not pleased with these people and have made them aware of it via email. They were very misleading while taking my order, I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. They also advertised some special doors "free" for ordering from them but when asking what they look like they have no clue and will not even send info from the factory about the doors.
This is a recap of my first review posting. I did get the fireplace about a week and half later. The box was damaged but all parts were ok only one small scratch. The doors that were advertised on AmRoyal website were not in the shipment nor were they listed on the web any more. I called my original contact Tia and she remembered our conversation about the doors and that being the reason of paying $50 more dollars for this product at their website other than purchasing elsewhere. Tia said she would call me back. A week went by and I called her again, she said she would check with the factory. Two weeks went by and I sent an email explaining the issue and demanding my $50 bucks back or the doors. Never herd from them again. How is this for a gripe session ?????
