I will never deal with this company again. I ordered a compact microwave oven on there. The customer service is horrible. I had a problem with the website so I ended up having to call the customer service line. The person seemed to not know what they were doing so I was constantly on hold. I purchased a fireplace from this company with the understanding they would have it shipped to me in 7 to 14 days. The person took my credit card via phone and assured me the item would be here in 7 to 14 days. After a week I email them asking for conformation of shipment that is when they told me that they had not received the product in their warehouse and after they receive it then they will ship it to me within 7 to 14 days.
