I use 4inkjets every time we need printer supplies.
price: excellent per item and they have super saver groupings as well as incentive discounts
shipping: product arrives in great shape in just a few days - rarely takes as long as a week.
product: we have never had a trouble with the items being just what we ordered and performing in the best possible way.
The only negative thing I can offer is that after a fairly large order, which we had spent a lot of time figuring just what we needed and just how it was going to fit in our budget, we had a call from customer service. A very nice young man was only doing his job, but I did not appreciate the call. He talked fast, offering a better package of items at a lower price. I felt like we were being "double-talked" and my husband accepted the upgrade without really stopping to review. We ended up with two orders, instead of one, the upgraded packaged was more expensive than we had figured, plus we lost the discount that we had on the original order. Took forever to get one of the orders canceled, we still have some of the ink, and I don't know what the shelf-life is for that ink. Most probably, it will be too dried out to use it properly.
In all our orders, except for the one with the call-back, I have been totally satisfied by the product, cost and service. I still recommend this website to all my friends and neighbors.
